Lyn Golly, CEBS ~ President & Chief Financial Officer
As the founder of EBSC, Lyn has led the company through its impressive growth and increasing industry presence. She has more than twenty-five years of experience, incorporating banking, law firms and trust. She is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist and a frequent speaker at industry continuing education seminars.

Amanda M Golly ~ Director of Operations
Amanda is responsible for new business development, partner alliances and client relationship management. She has practiced in the employee benefits field for over five years, recently spending two years in Connecticut working for Hartford Financial Services as an in-house Representative. Her experience with Hartford Financial has given her valuable insight and desire to work in the design and implementation of retirement plans.

Dave Bauleke ~ Manager-Retirement Benefit Plan Administration, has over ten years of experience in administration and management of client relations and works with scheduling and quality control of client reports. His expertise lies in working with large and small companies and has ongoing education with respect to the ever-changing retirement plans market.

Peggy Arseneau, PHR ~ Manager-Finance & Human Resources, has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Finance and Marketing. She contributes over nineteen years of finance and nine years of management experience to the staff at EBSC. Peggy is a member of both the National and Central MN chapters of the Society for Human Resource Management.
